I am a Purdue University Extension Educator in Nashville, Indiana. Nashville is located one hour south of the capital city of Indianapolis. As an Extension Educator, I provide University researched based information to the citizens of Brown County. Our office provides information in Agriculture & Natural Resources, Economic Community Development, 4-H Youth Development, and Human & Health Science.
I am the third child of four. My sister, Jonell, and her husband Sam have six kids, 3 girls and 3 boys. They range in age from 12 to 1. Jonell is a full time mother and Sam works for an Agriculture seed and fertilizer company. My brother Aaron works in the construction industry and his wife Bobbie works for a Prosthetics & Orthotics company. My younger brother, Travis owns a swine operation. His wife Adrienne is an elementary school teacher. My parents John & Marilyn have been married for 38 years. My dad is a barber and my mom is a registered nurse. My fiancé, Brent, works for the State Department of Natural Resources as a Conservation Officer.
I am incredibly excited for this professional development opportunity in Australia. I will be forever grateful to the Rotarians of Southern Indiana for allowing me to represent Indiana and the United States on the unique experience.
